I have a weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, punching bag and even more!

I will train in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho or Bernalillo.

Tip of the week: 

Sleep is very important to your goals! 

This will help with your fitness and nutrition goals. 

Your body has to be able to relax and recuperate. 


    Exercise of tip the week: - Push-up (Chest)

Place your hands slightly wider than shoulder width and your feet close together on the ground with your body in a straight line from heels to head.

With the arms at a 45 – degree angle, the hands positioned directly under the elbows, the glutes and abs contracted, and the entire body tight.

Lower yourself until your chest touches the ground.

Reverse the movement and raise your body until your elbows almost lock out.  (Do Not Lock Out Your Joints)
